This vacation rental has been renovated and is located in a quiet neighborhood of Cape Coral at Arrow Head Lake. The house has a total of 1482 sqft. and offers with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths enough space for up to 6 persons. The furnishing is bright and friendly and with all comfort. The kitchen with integrated bar is equipped with modern kitchen appliances as well as granite work surfaces.
The living room is equipped with a large leather couch, a 55 inch 4K TV with sound system and Blueray player. The large sliding glass doors in the living room lead you directly out onto the patio and the large pool area. Terrace, pool and garden are south facing. Enjoy the florida sun all day long, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. There are 4 sunbeds and a gas barbecue for you and your fellow travellers.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 49 inch 4K TV, wall-mounted. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the other side of the house are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom also has a king-size bed and a 40 inch smart TV. 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There is also the guest bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower and through which you can directly access the terrace or pool.
Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cool bag and even some fishing rods are at your disposal. 2 kayaks, bicycles at your own risk, navigation system and golf bags are included.
Pets are allowed in this villa on request. There is an extra cleaning fee of 150$ + Taxes. Please contact us in advance.

In Cape Coral and the surrounding area there are excellent restaurants, bars and everything your heart desires.
Enjoy fresh seafood at Lobster Lady or Merrick Seafood.
You can find delicious pizza and great Italian dishes at Papa Joe's

An atmosphere of relaxation!
Great place to spend a couple weeks. Plenty of things to do a short distance away, spacious comfortable home, pool and views of the lake are excellent. Would choose this destination again!

Great view
Nice layout, clean, great yard for the dogs, decent sized pool for cape coral. Responsive management. Fast internet. Quiet. We would rent again.Negatives are the couches are not very comfortable and it doesn't have a desk. Not ideal for a working vacation. We bought folding tables and left them in the garage. Hopefully they will still be there when you arrive.
