Ben and Monet Floral are sowonderful! They created mybridal bouquets for myMay28, 2022wedding inLa Crosse. Mycolors were dusty pink and cream, and Itold Ben that Ialso wanted greenery inmy bouquet. Mybridesmaids had the same bouquet Ihad, but just slightly smaller. Ben was able toget all the flowers that Iwanted inmy bouquet (plus more that made all ofthe bouquets look absolutely stunning!). I love this florist! Myparents live inLa Crosse and this ismy go-to shop tohave flowers delivered for mymom. Anniversary, birthday, mother'sday. 100% recommended. I've even been sofortunate toput inan order later than 1p.m. and had itdelivered sameday. The bouquet isalways gorgeous. And more importantly mymom loves them. Give them your next call.

I was reaching out toflorists inLa Crosse tofind someone todo mybridal bouquet. Ireached out toMonet ona Wednesday and they told methat they would get back tome atthe beginning ofthe following week. Bythe following Wednesday, noone had reachedout.So, Ifigured things got busy and Iasked for the estimate again. Igot the estimate and then was not receiving replies after Iasked tomove forward. Ijust called Monet totry toget things finalized onthe phone. The man Ispoke withwas extremely rude and said that they are fully booked for the weekend that Iwas asking for the bouquet. Iexpressed myfrustration that Iwasn’t told this inthe first place. Hevery curtly said that hewould try tohelp menow and asked what Iwas lookingfor. Itold him that myexperience sofar was poor and that Iwould betaking mybusiness elsewhere. Hesaid, “we don’t want you asour customer” and then hung upthe phone. Iam appalled atthe lack ofprofessionalism atMonet and would advise others toavoid working with them. Icannot imagine ifI had put myfaith into their services for one ofthe most important days ofmy life.… – show

Ben and Monet Floral are absolutely wonderful, and they created beautiful bouquets/boutonnieres for mybridal party and Ifor mywedding onJune25, 2022. The theme/color scheme was sage green, mauve, and succulents. Iwas worried about finding abusiness that would beable touse real succulents inthe bouquets/boutonnieres, but Ben assured methey would, and they looked absolutely beautiful, and Iwas able tocarefully remove the succulents and plant them after the wedding, and they are currently thriving! Myhusband and Iare very grateful toall the staff atMonet Floral for the beautiful flowers/succulents and highly recommend Monet Floral! They were easy tocontact, kind, friendly, and helpful, and wecould not behappier with the service wereceived!… – show

I called for mywife's birthday. Ordered flowers and chocolates tobe delivered. They never arrived. Iwould not trust your special occasion with this company. They don't value customers ortheir big days. Goanywhere else!!!

Came into the shop toask about purchasing asmall amount ofgreenery toadd toa bouquet Ihad purchased. They asked what Iwas lookingfor. Iwasn’t sure soI asked ifI could look attheir selection. They firmly said “No, you didn’t purchase ithere and weare busy.” Ithought Iwas treated rather rudely, customer service was inadequate. Expected more from Monet. Iwas let down.

Just received some very, very poor customer service from Monet Flowers & Gifts. The person Ispoke toon the phone was completely unhelpful, impatient, short, rude, and downright unpleasant. Not avery good way tomake afirst impression onsomeone who could bea new customer.

I wanted alast minute Christmas arrangement and called upwith ageneral idea and abudget. They were able tomake some helpful suggestions and anabsolutely gorgeous arrangement arrived ina big beautiful basket the next morning! Mygrandma was sohappy toreceive them. I wish that there were some way togive atrue rating tothis amazing group ofdesigners. “Five Stars” doesn't begin tocoverit.
My daughter's wedding was last weekend, and her feet still have not touched the ground. Before she set adate, wecalled Monet Floral tomake sure that THEY would beavailable. Her sister's wedding in2008was afabulous demonstration ofhow daisies could elevate the somewhat austere ballroom ofthe LaCrosse Center. Daughter #2knew that the venue would bedifferent
, but she hoped for the same drama and artistry that only Monet could deliver. Andboy, did they deliver.Ben and Pat have led the team for aslong asI can remember, and working with them isa dream. “Creative” and “full service” isonly the start. Because oftheir years ofexperience, they have established working relationships with most ofthe vendors intown, which makes planning SOMUCH easier. Ben was endlessly patient with usas wehad toplan, postpone, and pivot due tothe virus. Hewas able toincorporate the bride's love ofcandlelight and roses, along with her very personal color palette and her custom logo. The results were STUNNING. She could not have been more pleased, and she commented that the floral design met orexceeded any display that she has seen inNew York City.
The staff atMonet worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, and together they were able toput all the pieces inplace with very little direction fromus. Brian, onstaff atthe shop, was quick tovolunteer tohelp, and hewas able touse his own personal tools toadd tothe ambiance. Summer has been avalued designer for along time, and her attention todetail and artistry are legendary. Patrick sourced foliage from his own garden tohelp out with aproject atthe last minute. They are able tosource rental items tosupplement their already ample inventory ofstaging pieces. They sought input from usand were receptive tomy daughter's ideas, but were very capable offorging ahead without alot ofdirection when the actual day approached.
The flowers were carefully chosen and were ofsuch high quality that Iam still enjoying many ofthe stems. Ben was able touse silk flowers that Ihad collected tokeep them out ofthe landfill, for weboth are all for recycling and re-using whenever possible. Asan artist, hemaintained the beauty ofall-fresh flowers inthe reception area, but used the artificial stems for outdoor embellishments, where closeup scrutiny was not anissue. The staff did all ofthe delivery and setup inthe short time theyhad, nosmall feat, considering that there were MULTIPLE weddings scheduled for the venue. They really must have worked quickly.
I cannot think ofany floral design group ANYWHERE that could doa betterjob. Icould not recommend them more highly.
